Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

My love for baking actually started long before this business did. I began by creating traditional cakes in all flavours and varieties - from classic sponges to rich chocolate creations - experimenting in the kitchen simply because I loved it. Baking was always my happy place.

Then I became a mum.

After my two incredible children were born, my baking journey naturally took a new direction. Both of my children live with intolerances and allergies, and navigating food restrictions quickly became part of everyday life. I saw first-hand how limited - and often underwhelming - “free-from” options could be. Celebrations that should have felt joyful sometimes came with stress and worry instead.

My biggest inspiration is my little three-year-old. With his anaphylaxis to eggs and nuts, I knew I had to rethink the way I baked. But I didn’t want to just create “safe” cakes, I wanted to create spectacular ones. Cakes that look beautiful, taste incredible, and have that perfect texture everyone expects. Cakes that no child (or adult) feels different eating.

So I combined my love of traditional baking with a determination to master allergy-friendly recipes, and this business was born.

Today, I proudly offer both classic cakes and allergy-conscious bakes, all made with the same care, creativity, and attention to detail. Whether you’re ordering a fully allergy-friendly design or a traditional cake with all the favourites, flavour and quality are never compromised.

For families managing allergies, safety and trust are the foundation of everything I do. When allergens such as eggs and nuts are used in my kitchen, they are handled with the utmost care, and strict preparation processes are always followed to minimise risk and maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
